Review: Hill Country BBQ, Penn Quarter

While DC isn’t known for it’s BBQ, Marc and the folks at Hill Country do traditional Texas BBQ right. Brisket, sausage, ribs, and my favorite, “burnt ends” are all slow smoked over Texas post oak. They also serve the famous Kreuz Market sausages as well. A must try if you are looking for good smokey BBQ in DC with all the sides and trimmings you could want. Don’t miss the live music downstairs too!
